Inspired by a picture book by Christian Borstlap
In a colourful world full of unusual creatures, two talented musicians come together in a musical composition. The classical singer and pan flute player blend their sounds brilliantly and humorously explore life’s fundamental questions: growth and transience, cooperation and competition, birth and death.
Inspired by the work of Barbara Strozzi, one of the few world-renowned female composers.
The inclusive nature of the performance shows that everyone has a place here. It stimulates the imagination and empathy, and fosters a sense of belonging. It encourages us to view differences not as obstacles, but as a source of enrichment.
