Formed in 2023, the quartet brings together musicians from Germany, Luxembourg and France for a unique jazz sound combining compositions and free improvisation, captured in a debut album recorded in 2024.
The musicians of the Charli Himmerot quartet create music inspired and nourished by the atmosphere of the moment, combined with composed themes that serve as a basis for improvisation. Like an actor who embodies the character of his role. Like a dancer who lets herself be seduced by the music.
