Workshop
This joyful family yoga class offers parents and children the opportunity to strengthen their bond through shared experiences involving yoga and creativity. Together, you will master fun yoga poses, creative activities and experience mindful moments that give you strength.
All levels are welcome. No previous yoga experience is necessary. For kids aged 6 to 10 years.
Unfortunately, there are no changing rooms or shower facilities. Sanitary toilet facilities are available.

Paloma is a qualified yoga teacher and founder of Little Sanctuary, a business dedicated to the holistic well-being of mothers in different stages of motherhood. She integrates yoga, qigong, and seasonal awareness into her teaching, creating classes that honor the body’s natural rhythms and support holistic well-being.
