Unfortunately, there are no changing rooms or shower facilities. Sanitary toilet facilities are available.
Infos
My name is Norman Folz, and I am a Medical Qi Gong Trainer (MQT) as well as a self-employed energy therapist, specialising in holistic health promotion, prevention, and body awareness.
My journey into Medical Qi Gong began through personal experiences that gave me a new perspective on the importance of mindful movement, breathing, and inner balance. These insights led me to train as a Medical Qi Gong Trainer and continue to shape my work to this day.
